Ice Cream/Gelato/Sorbet Stabilizer [SILVER] blend ini berfungsi untuk:
- Improve texture
- Minimize ice crystal
- Extend shelf life in storage
- Improve melting resistance
Application:
- Pour blend of stabilizer with other powders into ice cream/gelato/sorbet liquid mix at +40C and stir until diluted (Hot process)
- Batch Freezer only
Dosis: 2-3grm/kg (*Untuk bahan yang kental, dosis bisa dikurangi hingga 1-1.5grm/kg)
